Code of Conduct
Community Fan Fest is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and fun experience for all attendees. By registering for and attending our in-person Xbox June Showcase Watch Party in Los Angeles, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
1. Respect Others
All attendees, organizers, and staff should be treated with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
- No physical or verbal abuse
- No discriminatory remarks regarding race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or appearance
- No disruptive behavior during the event or showcase stream
2. Age Restriction & Admission
Attendees must be 13 years or older. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. All attendees must present a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID at check-in (parent/guardian must also present ID if accompanying a minor).
Only registered attendees who have received an official confirmation may enter the event. No additional guests are permitted beyond this policy.
3. Cosplay & Fan Attire
Cosplay and Xbox-themed outfits are welcome, but must be family-safe and not include real or replica weapons, overly revealing clothing, or offensive imagery. All costumes must comply with venue safety regulations.
4. Photography & Recording
Photos and videos may be taken by our team during the event. By attending, you consent to potentially being photographed or recorded for event promotion purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please notify staff at check-in.
Attendees are welcome to use personal phones for casual photography or short video clips. However, professional photography equipment or dedicated recording devices are not permitted.
5. Prohibited Items & Restrictions
To help ensure a safe and welcoming environment, the following are not permitted at the event:
- Backpacks or large bags (normal size purse is okay)
- Alcoholic beverages
- Outside snacks (unless needed for medical reasons)
- Outside drinks (except water or for medical needs)
- Illicit materials
- Smoking or vaping inside the venue
- Weapons
- Professional photography equipment or recording devices
6. Enforcement
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without warning, and without eligibility for giveaways or reentry. Serious violations may be reported to local authorities.
7. Reporting a Problem
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please notify a staff member or email us at info@communityfanfest.com. All reports will be handled discreetly and respectfully.
